About the practice

Research built where the regions meet.

EEHC was established in Tbilisi in 2022. Georgia sits at the crossing point of Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia — a free-trade jurisdiction with reliable banking and direct access to the markets we study. From here we run desk research, field interviews and data work across the wider region.

The practice is founder-led and deliberately small. Every engagement is scoped as a defined deliverable — a report, a dataset, a monitoring service — with a fixed timeline and fee. When a project needs extra hands, we engage vetted local researchers under our supervision and our NDA.

Services

Six research streams. One practice.

Every engagement is a defined research deliverable — a report, dataset or monitoring feed — covering Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central Asia and MENA. Registered activity: market research and public opinion polling (NACE 73.20.0).

Compliance

Working to international standards.

EEHC works for clients whose compliance departments review every vendor. Engagements run under NDA, with no third-party intermediaries and no payments to public officials. Our standing policies are published below; registration and status documents (registry extract, small business status certificate) are available on request.

How we work

From question to deliverable in four steps.

  1. 1

    Scope

NDA first. We define the question, geography and sources together.

  2. 2

    Proposal

A fixed deliverable, timeline and fee — in writing, before work starts.

  3. 3

    Research

Desk research, data work and interviews, with progress check-ins.

  4. 4

    Delivery

Report or dataset plus a walkthrough call and a follow-up Q&A window.

Engagements are contracted under English-language service agreements with invoicing in EUR or USD from a Georgian bank.
