Dmitriy Klimchuk

General Manager

Dmitriy Klimchuk has more than 18 years’ experience on the pharmaceutical market.

In 2003, he started as a trainee in Export-Import department of ICN Pharmaceuticals.

In 2005, a year before his graduation, he joined a Swiss company Mapichem AG as an International department manager and was responsible for communications with foreign API manufacturers. Then he was invited to join the R&D department of a major pharmaceutical producer Valenta and was engaged in drug portfolio expansion: in-house production development and search for in-licensing opportunities.

After he joined Novartis in 2007, he became a key account manager responsible for OTC BU sales. Six months later, he was invited to join the newly created business operations department as a project manager responsible for warehouse management, demand planning, commercial effectiveness and business intelligence.

Since the beginning of 2009, he was Head of market research responsible for CEO and HQ market intelligence support, strategic and TGT planning and KPIs management.

In 2010 he joined Raifarm, his core business was implementation of consulting projects (e.g. new products launching preparations) and search for investment opportunities to develop own product portfolio.

In 2013 he established a WIT Pharma company – a leading provider of professional services for pharmaceutical companies in Russia and CIS.
